YMCA Cleveland & Fitness Games
YMCA Greater Cleveland Ohio adds Interactive Fitness games for kids, teens, adults and seniors! With the help of Axtion Technology, the YMCA of Greater Cleveland in Cleveland Ohio welcomed back their members with the latest interactive technology designed to provide hours of fun, social fitness and engaging games to keep the community active.
North Royalton Family YMCA is enjoying a mobile version of the Lu Interactive Gym that allows children to socially and actively engage while still keeping them distanced while needed. The Lu keeps players engaged with its immersive and stimulating learning environment that turns any solid wall into an interactive game wall. The powerful projections, lights, and sound effects keep players interested while the curriculum based educational and physical fitness games keep players entertained.
Warrensville Heights Family YMCA added the Lu Interactive Gym in their gymnasium for all age groups to use. They plan to use for Youth Sports programs, Group Fitness Classes, Senior Fitness, After-School kids programs, Family events and community events. In addition, the T-Wall Touch Wall is in the Kids room to add fun physical and brain games. The Teen room at Warrensville added SportGames Multi-Player dance and game system that is similar to the popular Dance Dance Revolution software games at the arcades. SportGames includes 500 song tracks along with fun arcade style games like Frogger and Falldown. The wireless system can be moved to any area of the facility. The Touch Table is another great addition at Warrensville, providing an interactive touch game table. The 32” Table offers 21 multi-touch points for ultimate accuracy and 12 games.
The Lu Interactive Gym is Microsoft Windows based making it useful for streaming videos, using light shows for school dances, use as a projector for class lessons and much more making it a replacement for multiple systems. The Lu comes in three options: Mobile – for smaller spaces and the capability to move it from room to room, the Uno – one stationary unit in a large room or the Duo – two stationary units to play games at “full court”.
All of these popular Fitness Games can be seen on 2020 Fitness Games Buying Guide.
The goal of adding Interactive Fitness Games to your Kids, Family, Adult, and Senior program areas is to foster movement, play, fitness, cognitive development, and social interaction.
